What does this file cover?
Inception to date (the standard). The whole recorded ledger is reconciled against it, and anything recorded that the file lacks is flagged.
A single quarter only. Matching is limited to that quarter; the file says nothing about other quarters.
Upload and review
Uploads only ever add rows after your review. Nothing recorded is deleted by an upload.
